Terms and privacy

Linklee (linklee.in) lets you build a page for all your links and share it at your-handle.linklee.in. By creating an account or using Linklee, you agree to these terms.

You need to be at least 13 years old to use Linklee. If you use it for a business, you agree on behalf of that business.

You sign in with Google or a link sent to your email. Keep that email account secure, since anyone with access to it can get into your Linklee.

Give us a real email address. One person can hold up to 5 pages on one account.

Your handle is your address on Linklee. Handles are first come, first served, with a few rules so they stay fair:

• Length. Handles need at least 4 characters. Shorter ones are held back, but you can request one from the claim screen and we'll look at whether it fits.
• Reserved names. Words Linklee uses itself (like admin or support) and the names of well-known brands and platforms can't be claimed.
• Use it or lose it. A page that stays empty (no links, no content and no visitors) for 30 days can be released so someone else can use the name. We email you a week before that happens, and adding anything to the page keeps it.
• No squatting. Don't claim handles in bulk, to resell them, or to block someone else from their own name.
• Names and trademarks. If a handle clearly impersonates a person or brand, or uses a trademark in a misleading way, the rightful owner can ask us for it and we may transfer it to them. Write to hello@linklee.in with proof.

A handle is yours to use, not to own. We can change or reclaim one when these rules call for it.

What you put on your page stays yours. You give us permission to host it, show it to visitors and make the copies needed to run the service (like previews and backups).

You're responsible for what's on your page and where your links go. Make sure you have the right to share it.

• Pretending to be someone you're not.
• Scams, phishing, malware, or links that trick people.
• Anything illegal, or content that sexually exploits minors.
• Harassment, hate, or threats against people or groups.
• Spam, including sending bulk messages through forms or email tools.
• Creating many accounts or pages to get around limits or these rules.
• Trying to break, overload, or get unauthorised access to Linklee.

If we find something like this, we can remove content, release handles, suspend accounts or block emails from signing up again. Where it makes sense, we'll tell you first.

Linklee is free to start. People who join during our founding period get Pro free for life, as long as the account stays in good standing and Linklee keeps running. If we add paid plans, prices will be clear before you pay anything.

We work hard to keep Linklee fast and online, but it's provided as is, without guarantees. We may add, change or remove features over time.

To the extent the law allows, Linklee isn't liable for indirect losses, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months (for founding members, that's zero).

You can stop using Linklee anytime. To delete your account and pages, email hello@linklee.in from your account email and we'll remove them.

If we change these terms in a big way, we'll let you know by email or on the site. Using Linklee after that means you accept the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Questions? Write to hello@linklee.in.

• Your account: your email, and your name and photo if you sign in with Google.
• Your page: everything you add to it, which is public by design.
• Visits and clicks: when someone views a page or taps a link, we record the time, where they came from (the referring site and campaign tags) and a random visitor ID, so owners can see their stats. We don't sell this.
• Cookies on linklee.in: one to keep you signed in, and one random ID per browser that we link to the accounts that sign in from it, so banned accounts can't come straight back.
• How the dashboard is used: when you're signed in to your dashboard, we record clicks and screens (including session replays, with everything you type hidden) to find what's confusing and fix it. This never runs on public pages, so your visitors aren't recorded.
• What visitors send: if a page has a form, subscribe box or booking calendar, what the visitor enters goes to that page's owner.

To run Linklee, show owners their stats, send account and product emails (you can unsubscribe from the non-essential ones) and keep the service safe from abuse.

We use the Meta Pixel on linklee.in and on public pages to measure our ads and reach people interested in Linklee. You can limit this through your browser or your Facebook ad settings.

Only the services that help us run Linklee: hosting (Vercel), our database (Supabase), email delivery (Resend), sign-in (Google), ads measurement (Meta) and product analytics for the dashboard (PostHog). We don't sell your personal data.

You can edit or remove anything on your page from the editor. To get a copy of your data or delete your account, email hello@linklee.in.
